Health care business ain't fair business
We gain when care's denied
Needless urgent care we have been scorning
Care without approval's a mistake
Take two aspirins, call me in the morning,
The less we do now, the more we make.

Now, day surg'ry means pay surg'ry
Its quickness makes us so rich
No more second 'pinions, you don't need to wait
For double hernias, we cut the rate
Rapid service: in by 7, out by 8
Our O.R. time surely shrank
But we're spendin' more time at the bank.
Absolutely!
A grand business is scan business
All patients need MRIs
Computed scans improve disease detection
X-ray pictures now seem pretty crude
Scans improve our financial projection
And give protection if we get sued.
Thank goodness!
It's choose business or lose business
The choice is very clear
Put your money down, you really can't be screwed
Why go bankrupt? You can be shrewd
You wouldn't want to practice on the street for food
To be a doctor today
Health care business is clearly the way.
